New Laser Cutting Machine

A new laser cutting machine is ready this May, which covers our equipment shortage of proto part production and blanking process.

Specification: SuperA3015.

Max working range: 3000mm*1500mm.

Material application:

High carbon steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, brass, copper, pickling plate, galvanized plate, silicon steel plate, electrolytic plate, ferroalloy, manganese alloy.

Laser Cutting Thickness:

1~22mm carbon steel, 1~10mm stainless steel, 1~6mm aluminum alloy, brass 1~6mm

Laser cutting is widely used in prototyping, which is easy to control, highly accurate and cost effective. For high tolerance, short lead time, simple shape metal products, laser cutting machine is a good option.

For lower volume, urgent auto metal parts, laser cutting shows simple design, quick production, we could test the product quality in very short time, and proceed to mass production immediately.

Also helps the blanking die tuning, which saves time and operation.
